Smurf Collectors Club International
The Smurf Collectors Club was founded in Spring 1986 by "The Three Smurf-a-teers":
Suzanne Lipschitz together with co-editors Susan N and Gary S.Read their own stories about how they met in Newsletter 33.
The Club had a great contact with Schleich and always got information about new releases.
Regarding older items the information sometimes is incorrect, but at that time
they did not have internet and could not confirm sources like we can today,
so I fully understand the few mistakes they made. :)These letters are one of the best sources when looking for information about smurf items
made between 1986-2001.
