Copyright Case between Peyo and Bully

Years: 1978-1980

Already in 1976/1977 Peyo became more and more dissatisfied with how Bully commercialized
his creations: The Smurfs. In these documents you can read about the reasons why Peyo wanted
to terminate the contract with Bully and make Schleich the sole worldwide manufacturer.

The date is december 1979.
