Blue paint dot

Painted mostly in China between 2001-2004

The first time the blue dots appeared were on the new smurfs sold in 2001.

In 2002 blue dots were also used and they started with the nice matte blue
paint instead of the shiny blue paint.

 

The New Generation smurfs sold in 2003 also got the blue dots.

 

But when the soccersmurfs were sold in 2004 Schleich had stopped with the dots.
So no more dots after the 2003-molds.
