Yellow and black possible

The mustard dot was used from 1978 to 1985/86 on the portugalpainted papas. The black dot
was used from 1987 on all papa smurfs painted outside EC but sold in EC. Black dot has
no countryconnection according to the SCCI letters, when they asked Schleich.

Black dot can be found on both CE-marked papas and papas without CE.
