Patriot basemarkings change

Schleich started with the CE marking on the base and the CE on the flag approximatly the
same time. However there is a possibility that during this time the old bases without CE could
have been used on the smurf with CE-flag or the other way around. Old smurf without
CE-flag but with CE-base.

This is actually no intentional variation but rather because it was not likely that Schleich
throwed away all old bases when making new ones. So during a short time these
could have been mixed.

NOTE: I have only heard of old smurf without CE on the flag with CE-marked base,
so it could be that they started with the CE on the base slightly before adding it to the flag???
