Green paint dot
Painted in Tunisia between 1982-1987
Paul Kraut Sr started the factory in Tunisia in 1982 and the green dots were added to
smurfmarkets that required dots. To me it seems that if all smurfs painted in Tunisia
got a green dot they would be more common?? Green dot smurfs are not so common.
All the new smurfs in 1982 can be found with the green dot. After 1987
smurfs painted in Tunisia got a black or white dot instead.
